SaucyDates Terms of Service: Your Legal Agreement for Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

The "SaucyDates" name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SaucyDates or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SaucyDates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SaucyDates, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SaucyDates in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
